Create AI-powered health education videos using ChatGPT and Google Flow.

Advanced28 min readĐội ngũ AINextGen

A consistent, character-driven health video creation process, transparent claim control, and affiliate marketing—all with ChatGPT and Google Flow.

A brain complains of receiving too many notifications. A heart operates like a dispatch room. A glass of water appears just as the “body station” enters its afternoon shift. Personifying health knowledge can make a dry subject more understandable—but it’s also a niche where it’s easy to slip into exaggeration, diagnosis, or product advertising as a cure.

In this tutorial, we'll build a workflow using only:

• ChatGPT: Research based on provided sources, create claim tables, write scripts, design characters, and create prompts. • Google Flow: Create vertical clips with images, motion, short dialogue, and ambient sounds.

Unlike the process of "creating hundreds of videos," the goal here is to build a series with editorial standards. Each episode must have an original idea, a traceable source claim, and affiliate introductions that are not misleading or misleading, but rather genuine medical advice.

Sample project: “Body Coordination Station”

To illustrate, let's create an original 3D animation series:

• Setting: A symbolic control room inside an adult's body. • Characters: “Coordinators” inspired by bodily functions, not gruesome anatomical simulations. • Tone: Moderately witty, not jump-jerking, not doctor-like. • Format: Vertical video, 45–75 seconds. • Sample episode: “Afternoon shift dehydrated: the control panel starts flashing.” • Sample affiliate product: A water bottle with a timer – a habit-enhancing product, not a drug or supplement.

Four boundaries must be locked before writing.

1. Education is not diagnosis.

Do not assume a viewer has a disease from a single symptom. Avoid statements like "if you're tired, your liver is overloaded" or "back pain means weak kidneys." A symptom can have multiple causes and requires professional context.

2. Don't turn assumptions into biological facts.

Personification is merely a narrative technique. When saying "the brain is asking for a break," the underlying information must still be expressed accurately, and fictional emotions should not be equated with medical mechanisms.

3. Affiliates must be publicly disclosed.

Viewers need to know you can earn commissions from the link. The announcement should be easily visible, use simple language, and be placed near the call to action—not buried at the end of the description.

4. Do not use this product as a solution to all problems.

Products should only appear when they are naturally relevant to the behavior in the video. Do not shift from educational content to a "buy this product" conclusion without sufficient evidence.

8-step workflow

Master Prompt 1 — Product profiling and secure claim areas

Before brainstorming ideas, have ChatGPT separate product information from the ad copy.

Prompt mẫu

You are a health content fact-checking editor and affiliate compliance reviewer.

I will provide:
- Product name and type: [PRODUCT]

- Official sales page: [URL]

- Manufacturer's documentation: [PASTE CONTENT]

- Selected medical/authorized source: [PASTE URL OR CONTENT]

- Market and posting platform: [COUNTRY + YOUTUBE/TIKTOK/...]

Tasks:

1. Use only the facts in the documentation I provide; do not add knowledge from memory.

2. Create a CLAIM_LEDGER table including:

CLAIMER | CLAIM TYPE | SOURCE | LEVEL OF EVIDENCE | SAFE EXPLANATION | PROHIBITED USE
3. Categorize each claim:

- observable physical characteristics

- habit support

- health claims requiring sources

- treatment/diagnosis claims not to be used
4. Mark all absolute words such as cure, detoxification, recovery, complete protection, commitment, certainty.

5. If evidence is lacking, state INADEQUATE DATA instead of guesswork.

6. Write a short, clear, and unambiguous affiliate statement.

Do not write a script at this step. Only return the claim ledger, allowed content areas, and a list of prohibited statements.

With water bottles, the safety claim area usually focuses on visible characteristics: capacity, stated material, cap, markings, and the ability to help users track their habits. It doesn't turn into a promise to cure headaches, improve kidney function, or "detoxify."

Master Prompt 2 — Generate educational ideas first, then create the product.

Prompt mẫu

You are the creative strategist for an educational health video series for adults.

SERIES CONCEPT:

[PASTE CONCEPT]

APPROVED CLAIM_LEDGER:

[PASTE CLAIM LEDGER]

Please propose 12 vertical video ideas, 45–75 seconds long.

Rules:
- Each video should explain only one common health behavior or concept.

- No diagnosis based on symptoms.

- No using fear of illness to sell products.

- No characters wearing lab coats or claiming to be doctors.

- No product mentions in the hook and the majority of the educational content.

- Only 4 out of 12 ideas are allowed to have an affiliate CTA.

- The CTA must be based on product characteristics already present in the claim ledger.

- Each idea needs to be different in terms of situation, conflict, and ending; not just changing the name of a body part.

Return table:
IDEA_ID | HOOK | CENTRAL KNOWLEDGE | CARTOON METAPHOR | CHARACTERS | RISK CLAIM | AFFILIATE? | SAFE CTA | SOURCE NEEDS VERIFICATION

Finally, choose the 3 ideas with the highest educational value and explain why.

Master Prompt 3 — Building a Consistent Character Bible

Instead of describing the character with different sentences, create an identity anchor and repeat it verbatim in all prompts featuring that character.

Prompt mẫu

You are a character designer for an original 3D health education animated series.

Design a maximum of 3 characters based on the following concept:

[PASTE THE CONCEPT FOR THIS EPISODE]

Requirements:

- Characters should symbolize bodily functions but not be realistic anatomical models.

- Suitable for adult viewers; friendly but not overly childish.

- Not similar to existing characters, studios, or brands.

- No doctor's coats or medical instruments unless necessary.

- Each character should have a unique silhouette, color palette, face, clothing, and identifying props.

Return:
1. CHARACTER_BIBLE in Vietnamese
2. IDENTITY_ANCHOR in English (90–130 words for each character)
3. VOICE_ANCHOR in English (including voice age, pitch, speed, energy, neutral accent, and things to avoid)
4. WORLD_ANCHOR for the control room
5. VISUAL_ANCHOR for the entire series
6. NEGATIVE_ANCHOR (including no text, no logo, no gore, no medical diagnosis, no white coat, no character drift, no duplicate limbs, no brand packaging)

The anchors must be ready to be copied verbatim into any Google Flow prompt.

Master Prompt 4 — Scriptwriting with Proofreading

Prompt mẫu

You are a health education scriptwriter working under the supervision of a fact-check editor.

SELECTED IDEA:

[PASTE IDEA]

CLAIM_LEDGER:

[PASTE CLAIM LEDGER]

CHARACTER + WORLD + VOICE ANCHOR:

[PASTE ANCHOR]

Write a vertical video that is [45–75] seconds long, consisting of [7–10] scenes.

Structure:

1. Hook the situation in the first 3 seconds, without scaring about the disease.
2. Everyday problem.
3. Animated metaphor explaining the concept.
4. Two common, cautious, and source-appropriate actions.
5. Non-diagnostic summary.
6. Optional affiliate CTA, using only approved claims.
7. Clear affiliate announcement.

Rules:
- Each scene should have only one main visual action.

- Each dialogue line should be a maximum of 14 words to fit the short clip.

- Do not state that the product prevents, cures, or reduces disease.

- Do not compare the product to medicine.

- Do not use “doctor’s recommendation” or “scientific evidence” without corresponding sources.

- If the claim is not in the ledger, replace it with [NEEDS VERIFICATION] and do not include it in the final statement.

- Include a sentence: “Content is for general educational purposes only and does not replace medical advice.”

Return the table:

SCENE_ID | DURATION | VISUAL_BEAT | DIALOGUE | FACT_ID | SOURCE | PRODUCT_VISIBLE? | DISCLOSURE | TRANSITION

After the table, create a CLAIM_AUDIT listing each health statement and its supporting source.

Master Prompt 5 — Converting Scripts into Google Flow Prompts

Prompt mẫu

You are an AI film director writing a prompt for Google Flow.

INPUT:
- Verified script: [PASTE SCRIPT]
- Identity, Voice, World, Visual, and Negative Anchor: [PASTE ANCHOR]

- Aspect Ratio: 9:16

Create an English FLOW_VIDEO_PROMPT for each scene following this structure:
A. Repeat the IDENTITY_ANCHOR of every character appearing
B. One main action
C. Expression and eye line
D. Background, foreground, midground, and background
E. A simple camera movement
F. Lighting, color, and materials
G. Accurate dialogue in quotation marks, maximum one sentence
H. Repeat the VOICE_ANCHOR if the scene has dialogue
I. Action and environment sounds
J. First frame and end frame to connect scenes
K. Negative anchor

Rules:
- Do not add your own text, subtitles, logos, or branding.

- Do not add health claims beyond the approved dialogue.

- Do not change the color, face, voice, props, or proportions of the characters.

- No gore, shocking anatomy, or frightening imagery.

- Each clip should only have one speaker.

- If the dialogue is too long, mark it as SPLIT instead of shortening it to avoid misinterpretation.

Return:
SCENE_ID | FLOW_VIDEO_PROMPT | FIRST_FRAME | END_FRAME | VOICE_CHECK | CLAIM_CHECK | RETRY_HINT

Master Prompt 6 — Writing Transparent Affiliate CTAs

Prompt mẫu

You are an affiliate disclosure editor.

Product Information:

[PASTE ALLOWED FEATURES FROM CLAIM LEDGER]

Video Context:

[PASTE SUMMARY]

Create 5 CTAs, each including:

1. A natural transition from the educational content
2. A sentence accurately describing the product's features, without adding health benefits
3. A clear affiliate announcement
4. A sentence encouraging viewers to review the information themselves and make an informed choice

Requirements:

- Do not create artificial scarcity, countdowns, or guarantee results.

- Do not use personal experiences as proof of cure.

- Do not say "good for liver/kidney/heart/brain" if claim ledger lacks appropriate evidence.

- Do not hide disclosures with vague hashtags.

- Write naturally, without pressuring to buy.

Choose the safest call to action (CTA) and explain which line in the ledger each claim was taken from.

Example of a Call to Action (CTA) for a water bottle:

Master Prompt 7 — Medical, Platform, and AI Content Censorship

Prompt mẫu

You are a senior reviewer responsible for health accuracy, platform policy, and AI disclosure.

Please review the following content package:

[PASTE SCRIPT + CLAIM LEDGER + FLOW PROMPTS + CTA + VIDEO DESCRIPTION]

Audit according to 10 groups:
1. Diagnosis or inference of illness from symptoms
2. Claims for treatment, prevention, detoxification, or recovery
3. Absolute or unsourced claims
4. Products presented as medicine
5. Images impersonating doctors/experts
6. CTA and affiliate disclosure
7. AI-generated content requiring public disclosure
8. Character/voice inconsistency errors
9. Dialogue not matching sources
10. Repetitive, mass-produced, or unedited content

Return table:
ITEM | PASS/REVISE/REMOVE | RISK | ORIGINAL SECTION | EDITED VERSION | REQUIRED SOURCES | REVIEWER

After the table, only publish the FINAL_SCRIPT if:
- there is no longer a REMOVE entry
- all health claims have FACT_ID and source
- affiliate disclosure appears near the CTA
- notes on AI content are included where appropriate

If not yet met, mark as BLOCKED and list the missing data precisely.

Example 6 scene: "Evening shift lacks water"

The examples below illustrate a storytelling approach, not aiming to recommend specific water intake amounts for each individual.

Scene 01 — Flashing Control Panel

Prompt mẫu

Vertical 9:16 original cinematic 3D animation inside a rounded body control station. A small teal brain operator with a faceted soft-rubber silhouette, large dark-brown adult eyes, navy utility vest and one silver earpiece sits before a hydration status console made only of abstract blue, with no readable text. The operator notices one amber light pulsing slowly and leans forward once. Medium close-up, subtle camera push-in, clean cyan and warm coral lighting, soft mechanical ambience and one gentle alert tone. In a calm Vietnamese adult voice with medium-low pitch and measured pace, the character says: “Afternoon shift, let's check our drinking habits.” No diagnosis, no medical claim, no logo, no text, no gore, no copyrighted character.

Scene 02 — The user gets engrossed in their work.

Prompt mẫu

Vertical 9:16 original cinematic 3D animation of an adult Vietnamese office worker at a tidy desk, wearing a beige shirt and dark-green trousers, focused on a laptop while an untouched clear water bottle sits within reach. One action only: the worker moves a finished task card aside and pauses. Static side camera, natural afternoon light, muted office ambience, no brand logo and no readable interface text. The narrator says in a neutral educational tone: “When we concentrate, we easily forget simple habits.” Do not imply symptoms, disease, dehydration diagnosis or treatment.

Scene 03 — The control station proposes a signal.

Prompt mẫu

Return to the identical body control station and repeat the exact teal brain operator identity. The operator presses one round blue reminder button; a single soft droplet icon lights up without text. Overhead three-quarter camera, one slow tilt down, subtle console click and quiet ventilation hum. The character says: “A visible signal can help you remember to check again.” Keep the behavioral statement and general. No numerical intake recommendation, no diagnosis, no product, no white coat, no medical device.

Scene 04 — Small Action

Prompt mẫu

The same adult office worker reaches for the clear bottle, checks it and takes one comfortable sip. One continuous action, realistic hand and liquid physics, close-up at desk height, afternoon window light and soft room tone. The narrator says: “Listen to your body's needs and your own conditions.” No forced drinking, no quantity claim, no promise of improved organs or symptoms.

Scene 05 — The product appears in its proper role.

Prompt mẫu

Clean product-neutral shot of a reusable transparent bottle with simple time-marker shapes but no readable words, no logo and no medical imagery, placed beside the laptop. The worker turns the bottle slightly to check its size and lid. Slow five-centimeter side dolly, soft natural light, quiet lid click. The narrator says: “If you like a habit reminder tool, choose the appropriate capacity and material.” Do not claim detoxification, disease prevention, organ protection or guaranteed hydration.

Scene 06 — Disclosure and the End

Prompt mẫu

The adult office worker places the bottle back within reach and returns calmly to work. The body control station appears as a small imaginative reflection in the bottle, using the same teal and coral palette. Static camera, soft office ambience, no music swell. The narrator says clearly: “The link in the description is an affiliate; I may receive a commission, your price remains the same.” End with the bottle and worker in a balanced frame. No urgency, no medical outcome, no text, no logo.

Sample video description

Prompt mẫu

A short animated story about how environmental cues can help us remember everyday habits.

This content is for general educational purposes only and does not replace medical advice. Everyone's needs may vary; if you have a medical condition or health questions, please consult a qualified professional.

Product links in the description are affiliate. If you purchase through the link, the channel may receive a commission, and your price will not change. Please check product information and choose according to your needs.

The video uses AI-generated images/sounds.

Formula for building sustainable canals

A reliable process is not:

text
Chọn bệnh phổ biến → tạo nỗi sợ → gắn sản phẩm → nhân bản hàng trăm video

Instead:

text

ChatGPT helps standardize thinking and check structure; Google Flow helps turn scripts into visuals. Ultimately, the responsibility rests with the publisher: selecting sources, moderating claims, disclosing commercial interests, and deciding what is safe enough to present to the audience.
